We are looking for a Scrum Master to lead Agile project delivery, facilitate effective collaboration, and ensure our teams work efficiently towards delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile principles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in guiding teams through the full Agile lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily Scrum meetings and Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
Manage project backlogs by prioritizing tasks, refining user stories, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Track progress and report on key metrics, monitoring project performance against deadlines.
Identify and remove impediments that block the team from achieving objectives.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, fostering a collaborative and self-organizing environment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and maintain transparent communication.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
Required Skills:
Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (recommended).
Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM/PSM), PMP, or equivalent certifications (highly desirable).
Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban): 2+ years of experience with various Agile frameworks.
Project Planning & Execution: 3+ years of experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
Stakeholder Management: 3+ years of experience managing multiple stakeholders with strong communication skills.
Facilitation & Coaching: 2+ years leading scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile teams.
Risk Management: 2+ years of experience in identifying and mitigating project risks.
Soft Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
Empathy and the ability to build a supportive, collaborative team environment.
