Poste :

Job Summary:

As a key member of the Global Security Governance team the Analyst, Security Governance will support, assist, and coordinate Security Governance initiatives that strengthen our organization's security posture. This role primarily involves supporting efforts that raise awareness/ understanding of security and fraud across all stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is engaged and informed about the importance of security best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support to maintain internal reporting tools (EthicsPoint, AuditBoard, Kingsbridge…) and help with tracking assignment completions. 
o Serve as a key administrator for internal reporting tools, ensuring the platforms function effectively in capturing and analyzing data essential for security governance.
o Assist in establishing and documenting ownership assignments for various reporting tasks, creating clear guidelines that delineate responsibilities for team members involved in security-related reporting.
o Generate and distribute regular reports on the status of security-related assignments, highlighting outstanding tasks and areas requiring attention, and presenting this data to relevant management and stakeholders.
o Provide ongoing support to users of the repository, including training on document retrieval processes and guidance on how to navigate the repository effectively.
Support the Global Manager on the lifecycle management of security and fraud awareness in partnership with regional market security leadership. 
o Work directly with regional market security teams to gather insights into local fraud trends and security challenges, adapting awareness materials to address these specific risks effectively.
o Collect and analyze feedback from participants following awareness initiatives to assess engagement levels and program effectiveness, using this data to recommend improvements.
• Support other Foundever Security personnel as needed.
o Act as a supportive resource for other team members within the security department, providing assistance on various tasks and helping to foster a collaborative work environment.
o Engage in team meetings, contributing ideas and insights to help shape the organizational security posture and enhance overall effectiveness.
o Demonstrate a proactive attitude in seeking opportunities for professional development and staying current with industry trends, contributing to the continuous evolution of Foundever security governance practices.
o Collaborate in the planning and execution of tabletop exercises aimed at validating the organization’s business continuity plans and response strategies against real-world scenarios.



 

Profil recherché :

Qualifications - Experience:

Minimum :
• 5 years relevant security experience
• Working knowledge of Common Security Frameworks such as ISO 27000 series, NIST SP 800 series, etc.
• Knowledge of Physical Security Control Systems
• Report Writing/Briefing Capability
• Ability to appropriately handle critical information and sensitive information
• Effectively use Microsoft Office products, including Visio, in communication delivery.
• Proficiency in document management systems and software tools

Preferred :

• Self-motivated, directed, well-organized and capable of working in a complex security environment with multiple local and international security requirements.
• Input into other areas of security as client requirements evolve.

 

Qualifications - Education:

Minimum :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
